Not ready to open a bag? Freeze it to pause its aging and keep it fresh for later — take it out whenever you like and the aging picks up right where it left off. Every cup gets its own record in the Brew Diary. Pour-over and espresso each get their own recipe tools, timed pour schedules for one, shot pressure and time for the other, alongside dose, ratio, and water temperature for any method. Pair a supported smart scale — Acaia, Bookoo, or Timemore — and record brews hands-free: start its timer to begin, stop it to finish, and your pours, timings, water, and yield are captured for you. Brewing a coffee you've made before pulls in your last recipe, grinder, and settings automatically, so you know where to start tweaking. Behind both of those sits your Coffee Library: every coffee you've ever logged, cataloguing your very own coffee journey! Your data stays yours. Everything lives on your device by default, with iCloud backup and/or manual import/export of your database.
