Dial Your Espresso

About

Dial Your Espresso helps home baristas learn from every pull. Sign in to your private, account-backed journal, then keep the recipe, equipment, and taste result together so the next adjustment starts with what you already know. RECORD EACH SHOT Save dose, yield, brew time, grind setting, water temperature, equipment, tasting notes, and an optional photo. CONNECT A SMART SCALE Pair a supported Varia AKU or Acaia Pearl scale from the Record Pull screen, tare it, and capture live weight, time, and flow rate. The scale integration is optional. FOLLOW THE COFFEE Track open, unopened, and completed bags, including roast details, origin, process, remaining coffee, and the latest recipe. MAP THE TASTE Use the taste compass to record strength and extraction, then add descriptors and notes that make the result easy to remember. KEEP EQUIPMENT ORGANIZED Build reusable grinder, basket, machine, and accessory setups. Retire equipment without losing its history, and restore it whenever it returns to service. KEEP WORKING THROUGH A LOST CONNECTION Once signed in, bag, setup, and shot changes are saved on your iPhone first. Pending work syncs with your private team workspace when connectivity returns. SHARE INTENTIONALLY Create an unguessable, revocable share link for a shot, send it with the iOS share sheet, and disable it whenever you choose. Your espresso records belong to your signed-in team. Dial Your Espresso does not contain advertising or use your activity for cross-app tracking.
