Cleaning the AC filter, replacing your toothbrush, swapping a water filter cartridge, changing your car's oil, checking tire pressure — life is full of small recurring tasks. WhenLast lets you log each one and see, at a glance, how many days have passed and whether it's time to do it again. WHAT IT DOES • Add an item and record the last time you did it • Set a rough interval (every 30 days, every 6 months, and so on) • Items are automatically color-coded as Recent, Soon, or Overdue based on elapsed time ONE-TAP LOGGING • Tap "Done Today" to instantly update the last-done date • No confirmation dialogs to slow you down, and it's easy to undo if you tap by mistake • Log completion right from the Home Screen widget or Lock Screen, without opening the app BUILT-IN TEMPLATES • Common household tasks (AC filter, toothbrush, oil change, and more) are ready to add in one tap • Create your own categories and intervals for anything else GENTLE REMINDERS • Get a notification once an item is overdue • Every completion is saved to a history you can review anytime PRIVACY-FIRST • No account or sign-in required • Your data syncs automatically across your devices via your own iCloud account (and it still works fine if iCloud isn't available) • No ads, no unnecessary tracking WhenLast isn't a task manager — it's just an easy way to know when you last did something.
