Take it into the field, collect GPS-stamped observations, snap photos, scan barcodes, capture signatures, make field drawings, and fill out custom forms with no cell signal required. GPS ACCURACY DISPLAY See live GPS accuracy while you collect, digitize, and walk to sampling points. GoGIS can save the accuracy with each point so field crews know how reliable each observation was. OFFLINE USGS AND GSI IMAGES Download tile basemaps for offline work before leaving service. Save USGS topo and aerial imagery in the US, GSI maps in Japan, or a custom tile server, then keep mapping without cell coverage. YOUR SATELLITE, AERIAL, AND DRONE PHOTOS Import your own satellite, aerial, and drone imagery as map layers. Open GeoTIFF or MBTiles files, convert GeoTIFF on your device, and drape orthophotos under your GIS features offline. Adjust opacity, reorder layers, and zoom to the footprint — ideal for ag flights, site orthos, and county imagery without a subscription. FIELD SYNC FOR SMALL TEAMS Use Field Sync to exchange project changes directly between nearby devices. It is built for one person moving between iPhone and iPad, two-person crews splitting up across a site, and disconnected field jobs where a cloud account is not the right answer. CUSTOM FORMS Build the exact data entry form your field work needs. Choose from field types like pick lists, radio buttons, multi-select, ratings, photos, signatures, field drawings, and barcode scanning. Entries can be GPS-stamped automatically. RELATED FORMS Attach repeatable forms to any layer or feature. Record soil samples, meter readings, inspections, photos, signatures, or maintenance logs against the same map feature. Each entry stays linked, timestamped, and GPS-stamped. SOIL SAMPLING, FROM FIELD TO LAB Generate numbered sample grids inside any polygon. Print peel-and-stick QR or barcode bag labels, scan them back in the field, walk to each point with GPS guidance, and watch points turn from red to green as you collect. When lab results return, import a CSV or ZIP of CSV files. GoGIS matches rows to samples by Bag ID and stores dated result records on the points, so season-over-season history stays organized.
