AgendusPro

About

AgendusPro brings tasks, projects and your calendar together for clear daily planning. Organize tasks into areas and projects, plan them for Today or later, and view appointments in day and week calendars. Fold the timeline as needed and use colors and symbols for quick orientation. Organize projects as boards, connect goals and key results to your work, and track time against tasks or assign it later. Widgets, Apple Watch and Shortcuts support everyday work. Work with Apple Calendar and Reminders: connect existing entries to your planning and write only to calendars and lists you explicitly manage for AgendusPro. Separate lists can be shared using Apple’s system features. The app’s own library supports sync through iCloud. Quick entry in Today recognizes dates, times, durations and supported recurrence rules. Difficult inputs can optionally be analyzed as drafts using Apple Private Cloud Compute. Settings also let you try Apple’s local model first. Every draft requires review and confirmation before saving. Mentioned people are stored in notes, with no automatic invitations. AI availability depends on the device and Apple services. AgendusPro supports iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, with German and English interfaces.
