Flipspark is now free. The whole printed deck is included: 96 cards across Element, Instrument, Pattern and Effects, a worked example on the back of every one, four card combos, rerolls, single suit draws, and the daily widget. One optional payment unlocks the rest: the 82 card Inspire deck, writing your own prompts into any suit, and pointing the widget at whichever suit you're working in. Already bought Flipspark? Nothing changes. All of it stays yours, no payment, nothing to restore. Also in this release: bigger, more consistent text throughout, and a tidier Settings screen.

About
You fire up the studio. Blank project, no idea where to start, and an overwhelming number of options in front of you. Or you're mid session and you've hit a wall. Flipspark is a deck of creative prompt cards for music producers. Draw and combine cards to find unexpected combinations of your own gear and techniques. There are no rules, only constraints that point you somewhere new. INSPIRATION Shuffle all four suits for a full track brief in seconds. Element, Instrument, Pattern, Effects. Nearly 50,000 combinations, most of them ones you would never have reached for on your own. EDUCATION Tap any card to flip it over. On the back is a worked example: how to actually pull the idea off, what to listen for, and what to do when it isn't sitting right. You pick up technique while you're getting unstuck. GAMIFICATION Reroll any single card until the combination clicks. Draw one suit when you only need one idea. Take the daily card off your home screen widget as the day's challenge. Got a buddy in the studio? Take turns drawing, put a time limit on it, and see who does something better with what they're dealt. THE SUITS Element: the fundamental parts of a track Instrument: the sound source Pattern: an approach to the melody or beat Effects: ideas for shaping and mixing the sound FREE, WITH NO ACCOUNT AND NO ADS 96 cards across the four suits A worked example on the back of every one Shuffle a four card combo, reroll any slot, or draw a single suit A home screen widget with a fresh Element prompt every day Works fully offline.
