Watch Tower Pro is a privacy-first map of publicly disclosed surveillance cameras around the world — government CCTV, traffic cameras, and automated license-plate readers (ALPR) — built entirely from open public data. More than 600,000 camera locations are bundled inside the app, so the map works instantly and completely offline. No account, no sign-up, no tracking, and no data ever leaves your device. WHAT YOU GET • A worldwide map of public surveillance cameras. • Camera types at a glance — CCTV, traffic cameras, red-light and speed enforcement, and ALPR/license-plate readers, color-coded on the map. • Tap any camera for its details and, where the operating agency publishes one, its live public image. • Nearby view — a quick list of the cameras closest to you. • Optional on-device proximity alerts that notify you when you're near a tracked camera — powered by iOS region monitoring, never by sending your location anywhere. BUILT FOR PRIVACY • Fully offline. The entire camera database ships with the app — no camera servers are ever contacted. • No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. • Your location is used only on your device to center the map and (optionally) power local alerts. It is never transmitted. OPEN, PUBLIC DATA Every location comes from publicly available open datasets and is shown for transparency and public awareness.
