Monitor your exposure to sound levels over time: from instantaneous to 2 hourly, or combine any group of four time limits... Set your loudness thresholds in dBA - the numbers and boxes will become gradually more red as the risk to your long-term ear health increases. Exportable pdf session charts available at end of each session. Please note: the app utilises the microphone on your iPhone or iPad. While these are standardised across iOS, and give a fairly reliable correlation to actual SPL, this application is NOT a scheduled or legal measurement device. If you have your own calibration gear, there is an option to set a calibration offset to help minimise variance. Under no circumstances can this app be used for sound measurements that are legally required for compliance, or as a replacement for regulated noise-safety devices.
