Pick your days. Cook once. Your boxes are ready. Pann is a meal prep planner. Tell it which days and meals you need food for, from just tomorrow to the whole week, breakfast to snacks. Pann plans recipes that keep, turns them into one guided cooking session and packs a box for every meal, each with its day and how long it keeps. HOW IT WORKS - Pick your days and meals: only Tuesday and Friday lunch, or Monday to Friday. You choose. - Type a budget in your currency and pick your store. Pann plans to stay under it and shows the estimated cost. - Say how much time you have, how you like your food (healthy, high protein, comfort, low carb, spicy, kid friendly) and how you will eat it (microwave at work, cold or on a stove). - Pann plans recipes that hold up for days, usually 2 to 4, and writes the shopping list. - Cook once: every recipe in one session. Oven, stove and board run side by side, your hands are never needed twice, and every waiting step runs its own timer. - Eat from your boxes: each one shows its day, how to reheat it and how long it keeps. FRIDGE OR FREEZER, DECIDED FOR YOU Pann tries to put fish and rice early in the week. What would not last until Friday goes in the freezer, and Pann reminds you the evening before to take it out. A SHOPPING LIST THAT WRITES ITSELF One list for the whole prep, sorted by aisle. Basics like salt, pepper, oil and water sit apart in one line: "You probably have". SAVE WHAT YOU LOVED Tap the heart on a recipe and plan it again in any later prep. Or repeat a whole prep on the same weekday, this week or next. ASK PANN Ask Pann how long the chili keeps, what to make with half a bag of spinach, or for a different dish idea. Pann knows your current prep, and a dish you like can be saved with the heart.
