PHEM Logger is a precision timestamping tool for pre-hospital emergency medicine professionals. JOB TIMINGS Timestamp every phase of a job — activation, mobile, on scene, at patient, leaving scene, and hospital arrival — with a live on-scene stopwatch. DRUGS Log clinician-administered medications with automatic frequency counting across repeat administrations. Includes adrenaline (bolus and infusion), fentanyl, ketamine, rocuronium, TXA, morphine, and more. INTERVENTIONS Record the precise time of clinical interventions including airway management, PHEA, blood products, IV and arterial access, ultrasound, and fracture management.
