Introducing WIP Coach This update adds a dedicated Coach tab that helps you manage your work in progress like a pro. • Smart recommendations — The coach reads your board in real time and tells you exactly what to do next: pull a new task, finish what's in flight, or unblock what's stuck. • Flow review — See at a glance how many tasks are aging, stalled, or waiting too long in To Do, so nothing slips through. • Flow trends — Track your average cycle time, done-this-week count, and WIP limit health over time. • AI-powered chat — Tap the chat button to ask the coach anything about your board. It can suggest moves, mark tasks blocked, add next actions, and archive completed work — all with your confirmation. • AI copy — On supported devices, the coach narrates its advice in natural, context-aware language.
