Describe your weather in your own words. • Your words: rewrite the line under each weather in your own terminology. Your words appear on your home screen, in History and on your widget. • Weather by context: Recap now shows the weather you logged alongside each context, like work or sleep. It simply describes what you noted, with no scores or comparisons. • Share a summary: Generate a PDF of a week or a month of forecasts to show a therapist, carer or GP. Your notes and journal stay out unless you choose to include them. Lift has thirty new affirmations. The Ink style now sits on warm cream paper, with more refined graphite controls throughout. Siri and Shortcuts check-ins save just your weather unless you add an intensity, improved the journal at the largest text sizes, and fixed an issue that could close the app on iOS 18. Thank you for supporting Inner Forecast.

About
Some days are sunny. Some are stormy. Inner Forecast is a calm, private place to notice the weather you are carrying. Checking in takes a moment. Choose the weather that fits how you feel, set how strongly it feels, and add a few words if you want to. Recent check-ins can sit gently beside one another, helping you notice when something has changed without turning your feelings into scores, streaks or targets. Over time, History forms a simple picture of your inner weather, ready whenever you want to look back. What’s inside: • Six weather moods, from Stormy to Sunny, with space for how strongly each one feels. • History for revisiting check-ins and seeing how your weather moved through a day or week. • A private journal for moments that need more words. • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for your forecast and a daily lift. • A First Aid Kit with breathing, grounding and support links for heavier moments. • A flexible layout that you can arrange around the way you think. • Custom colours, personal affirmations and three complete App Styles: Default, Ink and Nocturne. • A considered experience across iPhone and iPad. Private by default: Your entries are stored privately on your device. There are no accounts, ads, advertising trackers or data selling. Apple Health support and backup exports are entirely optional and only happen when you choose them. One purchase. No subscription.
