Home Maintenance Checklist

About

Aim High Home Maintenance is a home maintenance checklist app created by a NYS Licensed Home Inspector to help homeowners stay organized, understand their home, and keep up with routine maintenance. Built from real home inspection experience, the app includes more than 175 maintenance tasks covering major home areas and systems. Tasks follow an outside-to-inside structure similar to the workflow used during a professional home inspection, providing a practical way to work through your property and keep useful records over time. Track seasonal upkeep, document observations with notes and photos, create custom tasks for your property, and set follow-up dates for items that need additional attention. Educational guidance for selected home areas and systems also helps explain how components function, why maintenance matters, and what conditions homeowners should watch for. Key features: • 175+ maintenance tasks organized by home area and system • Seasonal tasks for spring, summer, fall, and winter • Coverage of roofing, exterior, interior, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other major home systems • Custom tasks for items specific to your property • Notes and photo documentation for personal records • Follow-up date tracking for maintenance items • Educational guidance for selected home areas and systems • One-time purchase with no subscription required Whether you are a first-time buyer or a long-time homeowner, Aim High Home Maintenance provides a structured way to better understand your home, stay consistent with routine upkeep, and maintain useful records over time. This app is intended for general home maintenance awareness and organization. It does not provide engineering, code-compliance, diagnostic, or repair advice and is not a substitute for professional evaluation when conditions warrant further review.
