Fasts you can correct • Ended a fast at the wrong time? Tap it and fix it. Adjust when it started and ended — the duration and whether it counts as completed follow along. • Ended one by mistake? A fast you ended today picks back up where it left off, timer and Lock Screen included. • Forgot to start the timer? Move a running fast's start back to when you actually stopped eating. • Fasting settings now keeps your recent fasts — tap one to correct it, swipe to remove it, or log a fast you did without the timer. • A finished fast stays on the Log tab instead of vanishing the moment you stop. • Ending a fast under four hours now tells you it won't be recorded. Nutrition from Apple Health • Calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and water saved by other apps now flow into Tare — WaterMinder and anything else that records those values. • Synced values sit in their own Apple Health section with the source app, time and quantities — never an invented food or drink name. • They count everywhere they should: daily totals, net carbs, hydration, Reports, insights, exports and widgets. • Swipe a synced row to remove it from Tare while leaving Apple Health unchanged. • Tare never writes imported values back to Health, so nothing is counted twice. Tare on Apple Watch • A read-only Today dashboard: calories eaten, remaining or over, macro progress, and the last sync from your phone. • Add the rectangular widget to Smart Stack, or the circular calorie ring as a complication. • The Watch keeps the latest snapshot offline and starts a new day at zero against your last known goals. Sixteen new app icons • Green Apple, Plate, Avocado, Carrot, Leaf, Kitchen Scale, Fork & Knife and Nutrition Ring — each in a dark version and a light one, newly drawn to match across the set. • Pick yours in Profile → App Icon, alongside Default, Ocean and Violet. Whichever icon you already had stays selected. Bug fixes.
