mellow-fan is a fan community app built around the concept of “creating a comfortable space together with fans.” Enjoy live streams and videos from your favorite streamers (creators) while showing your support and connecting with a passionate community. * Key Features of mellow-fan Live Streams & Videos Watch live streams in real time or enjoy past videos whenever you want. Interact with creators and other fans through chat and stickers. Support Your Favorite Creators Enjoy special experiences while supporting the creators you love. Your support helps creators continue their activities. * Yell Yell is a paid function that allows users watching videos to support creators. It can be used by purchasing mellow Points. By sending a Yell, your message will be displayed in the chat for a certain period of time. During a live stream, the user who sends the most Yells can have their message displayed exclusively in the chat. * mellow Points You can purchase and check your points from “Point Management” in the Menu tab. * Channel Subscriptions Monthly subscriptions are available to watch exclusive videos from each channel. Prices vary by channel, so please check the subscription page for details. * Premium Membership Premium members can use additional features: - Stamps - Ad-free - Subs-Trial * Auto-Renewable Subscriptions Monthly auto-renewable subscriptions will be charged to your Apple Account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. When your subscription renews, the same amount will be charged to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. * To cancel your Subscriptions You can check your membership status and cancel your subscription by following these steps. 1. Open the Settings app and select your Apple Account 2. Select “Subscriptions” 3. Select the plan you wish to cancel 4. Select “Cancel Subscription” Cancellation During the Current Period Cancellations for the current subscription period are not accepted.
