UV Index: Safe Sun

About

Never let your guard down. The app shows you the ultraviolet radiation level in your location and helps you understand how to protect yourself while in the sun. The higher the UV Index value, the greater the potential risk to your skin and eyes. The app provides clear information about the current level, weather conditions, and recommended protection. ### FEATURES • Current UV Index • Daily and hourly UV forecasts • Chart showing UV levels throughout the day • Current location detection • Search for cities around the world • Unlimited saving of favorite locations • Weather conditions • Protection recommendations based on the UV Index • Guidance for umbrellas, T-shirts, hats, and sunglasses • Light and dark modes • Support for iPhone and iPad ### HOW IT WORKS Turn on Location Services and make sure your device is connected to the Internet. The app will detect your location and show the UV Index for the selected location. You can also search for other cities, save favorite locations, and check the forecast for the following days. The UV Index was developed to raise awareness of the risks associated with excessive exposure to solar radiation through a collaboration between the World Health Organization, the United Nations Environment Programme, the World Meteorological Organization, and the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP). The information provided by the app is for informational purposes only and does not replace the advice of a doctor or qualified professional. ### SUPPORT For assistance, email us at: info@lionsapp.com You can also visit: www.lionsapp.com If you find the app useful, please leave us a review on the App Store.
