Ledger Mileage Expense Tracker

About

Mileage, expenses and billable hours for people who work for themselves — the real estate agent, the landlord, the tradesperson, the consultant. Three seconds at the register, and a clean year at tax time. Free to use. Unlimited expenses, income, hours and trips, forever — no account, no sign-up, no trial. Every mile you drive and every receipt you keep is a deduction you can claim. You just have to have them written down, under the right property, job or client, ready to hand over. That's all Ledger does, and it does it fast. THREE SECONDS PER RECEIPT Tap, type the amount, pick a category. Snap the receipt and the total, date and merchant fill in for you. The things you buy every week become one-tap shortcuts — on your phone, on your Home Screen, and on your wrist. MILES THAT TRACK THEMSELVES Tap Drive and the route draws itself on the map, valued at your rate. Or let Ledger detect drives in the background and simply ask "business or personal?" afterwards. Name your places — Home, Office, the listing — and drives show names instead of street addresses. EVERY BILLABLE HOUR A timer that runs while you're showing, staging or on site. Log time by property, listing or client, with a rate, so invoices write themselves. MONEY IN, TOO Commissions, payouts, closings — income sits beside expenses so you always know what a property or a client actually pays. SHARE IT WITH YOUR PARTNER Invite your spouse, assistant or office manager. Everyone sees the same records, live, through iCloud, and every entry carries the name of whoever logged it. No accounts to create. MADE FOR YOUR KIND OF WORK Choose real estate agent, rental properties, trades, consulting or general, and Ledger starts you with the right categories and the right word for what you group by — property, listing, job or client. Change it any time. REPORTS YOU'LL ACTUALLY READ Net profit for the month, quarter or year. Expenses by category. Profit by property, job or client. A year-end summary grouped by tax category — the numbers, not the forms. EXPORT WHEN IT'S TIME TO FILE A PDF summary. Spreadsheets. Or one ZIP with every receipt image, each named to match its line — so nobody ever asks "which one was this?" YOURS, WHEREVER YOU ARE Works in any currency, miles or kilometres. Face ID lock. Nightly backups you can restore. Widgets, Siri, and an Apple Watch app for the moment you're standing in the hardware store with your phone in the car. PREMIUM Adds unlimited receipt images, unlimited detected drives, sharing, PDF and spreadsheet exports, more ledgers and projects, and removes ads. Keep the record. Tax is somebody else's job — and now it's an easy one. *Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
