Kathy G’s Tread Tabata® app makes it possible to get the challenging HIIT workout you want, on your own terms. Use it at home or on vacation for your Tread Tabata® workout. Get notified when to start, when you are halfway, when to stop and what round you are on. It is that simple! You don’t have to stare at a stopwatch and can just concentrate on your workout! The app can pair your music with it or just run your own music in the background prior to starting the app. Just swipe left to “edit” the intervals and customize your workout and hit “save”. Use the ‘settings” button on the bottom to turn on the automated voice. Adjust voice volume as needed. Hit “start workout” and you are good to go! *Restricted to Home and Personal use Only – unless otherwise authorized to use in a licensed Tread Tabata® studio or location.
