Balloon Stickies Plus is an application to add speech balloons to your photos easily. KEY FEATURES: ------------------ • Simple user interface • Variety of balloon options • Insert photo into speech balloon • Voice input • Save data while editing • Vertical writing • Child safe mode • Save with frames and captions • Replace background • Crop images • Cartoon filters • Effects such as speed lines HOW TO USE: ---------------- 1) Select a photo from photo album or take a picture with camera. 2) Double-tap on the photo to add a new balloon. 3) Tap on the balloon to display Pop-up menu. 4) Double-tap on the balloon to open Balloon Editor. 5) Tap and drag inside the balloon with one finger to move. 6) Pinch open/close the balloon with two fingers to resize. 7) Tap and drag the tip of the tail to change its direction.
