ScheduleFai brings scheduling, time and payroll together. The app keeps your schedule, your hours, your messages and your payslips with you – and managers plan and follow up right on their phone. FOR EMPLOYEES • My day: today's shift and what is waiting for you • My schedule: your shifts week by week – apply for open shifts and swap shifts with a colleague • My time: your worked hours and absence, day by day • Messages: chat with your manager and colleagues, photos included • My payslips: every month's payslip, to read, print or save as PDF • My requests: apply for leave, report sickness or care of a sick child, and see the answer • My documents: your employment contract and other documents from your employer • Notifications when your schedule changes, when you get a message and when your payslip is ready FOR MANAGERS • Overview: today's staffing and what needs doing • Schedule: see and change shifts and offer open shifts to your staff • Time reports and requests: approve hours, leave and swaps • Payroll, tips, analytics and people – whatever you have access to • Switch between manager view and staff view in the menu SAFE • Sign in with your Swedish personal identity number and password – anyone without one signs in with email • Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID • Personal identity numbers and other sensitive details are stored encrypted • No ads and no tracking GET STARTED The app is free and for people whose employer uses ScheduleFai.
