The home screen displays pending bills, frequently used input combinations, and recent activity. The rules section allows for the creation of complex, nested criteria—such as date, amount, merchant, and category—to automate data processing. Users can compare original and modified field values, review the rationale behind each rule match, discard specific suggestions, or resolve conflicts. The history section maintains a log of rule versions, the logic applied during execution, and any undo actions. Confirmed fields can be locked, tags are automatically deduplicated, and split amounts are strictly validated to ensure the total remains consistent; bulk modifications are processed as a single, atomic transaction. The app also features bill importation, detailed archiving, and various visualizations—including bar charts, pie charts, and trend lines—to help users track suggestion coverage, adoption rates, and the extent of manual intervention required. All bills and rules are stored locally on your device, reducing the need for repetitive data entry and ensuring that every step of the organization process remains transparent and traceable.
