ZoneLoad is a seat power board for a hall, cafe, or workshop. Pick a zone, place seats as a rig times a count, and read three results on one screen before you open: circuit headroom, cooling, and overnight electricity cost. A zone stores voltage, breaker rating, cooling capacity, price per kWh, and a note. A rig stores watts per seat. Change the count or the watts and every result updates together. Circuit. Current is total watts divided by voltage. Usable capacity is the breaker rating times 80%. The board shows the current, the headroom, and how many more seats fit at the current average watts. Over 80%, it shows the excess amps and watts and does not suggest adding more seats. Cooling. Seat power is counted as heat, one watt of electricity to one watt of heat, and compared with the zone’s cooling capacity. A shortfall stays a shortfall. Night. Overnight cost is kilowatts times the hours you set times the price per kWh. Hours start at 10 and can be edited on the board. Save the check with a name. Open it later to review the inputs and the three results, or bring it back onto the board. Search saved checks by name. Built-in examples can be cleared in one step; zones, rigs, and checks you created stay. ZoneLoad works offline. There is no account and no network connection. Results are an estimate. Confirm them with the breaker nameplate, the air conditioner nameplate, the meter, and an electrician’s sign-off.
