Open a voice memo, a song, a podcast or the sound from a video. Drag the selection to keep the part you want, then speed it up or slow it down. Keep pitch is on, so faster doesn't mean chipmunks. What you can do • Trim any audio file to the exact tenth of a second • Change speed from 0.5× to 2×, with or without keeping pitch • Fade in and fade out • Pull the sound out of any video — screen recordings, clips from Photos, videos people send you — and save it as M4A, WAV or MP3 • Save as M4A, WAV or MP3 to Files, or share it anywhere • Make a ringtone: keep it to 30 seconds and Trimlet tells you it fits, then use Share › Use as Ringtone Works where your audio is Tap Share in Voice Memos, Photos, Files or a messaging app and choose Trimlet.
