Get Your Life Back is a strict distraction blocker built for people who are done negotiating with themselves. Most blockers still leave the decision to you. A timer ends. A break becomes available. A button lets you turn the block off. Get Your Life Back works differently. Choose the apps and websites you want to block, start a session, and they stay blocked. No usage timers. No daily limits. No streaks. No gamified challenges. No five-second breathing breaks. Just blocking. Once a session starts, blocked items cannot be removed from the list. You can add more, but you can't take any off. The block stays active until you choose to leave the session. Leaving includes actions such as deleting the app, turning off Screen Time access for the app, or otherwise disabling the block. Then go live your life. ■ Screen Time & privacy Get Your Life Back uses Apple's Screen Time API to block the apps and websites you choose. You pick apps with Apple's own app picker, so the app never sees their names — iOS gives it only anonymous tokens. Your block list is stored on your device. The app does not read your screen, track your browsing, or collect your usage time. Our server receives only what it needs to run your session, such as the number of blocked items and the website addresses you entered — never your app names or usage data.
