SuperMart is the counter app for stores selling on the SuperRoute platform. Staff run the day's orders from a tablet at the counter or a phone in the back. ORDERS • One board for every order: new, accepted, preparing or picking, ready, and done • A new order fills the screen with a sound until someone opens it • Accept, reject with a reason, start preparing, mark ready, delay by a few minutes • Mark a line out of stock straight from the order • Only the actions the server allows at that moment are offered DELIVERY AND PICKUP • See each rider's initials, stage and arrival time, and know when they reach the store • Call a rider, hand over, or complete a pickup at the counter • Set the store busy or closed for the day, and the preparation time SMART LOCKERS • See your paid locker sales by cabinet and day: awaiting pickup, overdue, collected or refunded • The to-restock list shows what each cabinet has for sale, what sold and what is short • Tick products and type the quantities to build a restock order; mark it prepared, end it or cancel it • Standing at the cabinet, open a door for each item; every item counts toward its line MADE FOR THE COUNTER • Keeps the last board on screen when the connection drops and sends step changes when it returns • Locks after a period without a touch; signing out needs a manager • Available in 14 languages A SuperRoute store account is required.
