Scanning requires a LiDAR iPhone (12 Pro or later Pro) or iPad Pro (2020 or later). Object and people scanning also need Apple's Object Capture, which iOS doesn't offer on every LiDAR model yet; Settings in the app shows what yours supports. No subscription, no ads, no tracking, no account. Scan a room and get a floor plan worth handing to a contractor. Scan an object and get a model you can 3D print. Everything is processed on your iPhone.
