This is a handwritten ledger that exists only on an iPhone. The resident stands in front of the water meter, electricity meter, or gas meter, and copies the numbers on the glass window. By calculating the difference between two consecutive handwritten readings, they can determine how much was used during this period. It does not connect to any smart meters and will not modify the history for you. When changing meters or resetting them, you can only create a new file. The old tape remains unchanged. When the usage for a certain period suddenly increases sharply, it only reminds you to look along the pipeline with your eyes to see if there is a leak or gas leakage. It does not provide a repair plan or make a diagnosis. You can also compare the quantity on the paper property bill with your own usage over a period, or split it among the co-renters in proportion and use it as a discussion draft on the kitchen table. It is suitable for those who feel that the distribution is unfair, the bills do not match, and they only want to turn the numbers on the meter into verifiable records.
