CareerEvidencePack

About

Promotion materials are often not lacking, but they are scattered in emails, documents and memories. The Career Evidence Pack is a local evidence rack that collects your past achievements from your memory and presents them in a way that you can present them confidently during a performance review or when the promotion package deadline approaches. You write down a result that actually happened, provide the comparison before and after the indicators, indicate where the evidence is (email subject or document path), specify the boundaries of your contribution, and determine which occasion this story is suitable for. After collecting the evidence into the evidence pack based on the topic, you can choose based on whether the judges prefer numbers or narratives, or you can see which items still lack numbers. The used stories will be noted down during the meeting to avoid repeating the same page next year. This application does not connect to the performance system, does not require an account, and does not synchronize the content to the cloud. It is suitable for collecting scattered achievements into your own evidence pack, rather than practicing interview phrases.
