An AuctionBidSlip is a piece of paper written by the bidder themselves, not a listing from the auction house, nor does it connect to any auction house. Before the item is put up for auction, you first write down the estimated value, then divide your psychological upper limit into a comfortable price and a price you would be willing to pay even if you gritted your teeth, allowing the excitement in the room to collide with the numbers on the paper rather than with a sudden whim. When making an offer, note down the amount, whether it's your own or your opponent's, and the verbal description you heard at that time; for cases of no bid, exceeding the limit and giving up, or withdrawing the bid, leave the reason; only then can you see where you crossed the line that night. You can compare the same author or series to avoid chasing two similar items in one night. After obtaining the item, add the commission and other costs to get the actual transaction price, rather than just remembering the hammer price.
