Ark Agency

About

Ark Agency is production management for video and content agencies. Every piece of content moves through one clear pipeline, from idea and script to shoot, edit, client review and posting, so nobody has to ask "where is this?" again. TODAY Your focus for the day in one place: the tasks and jobs that are yours, what's late, what's due, and the shoots and meetings on your calendar. CONTENT BOARD See every video for every client on a board, a table or an overview. Filter by client, stage or person, and move work forward in a tap. SCRIPTS AND CAPTIONS Write scripts and captions in a clean editor. Clients comment right on the text and approve inside Ark, not in a chat thread. SHOOTS, EDITS AND DEADLINES Edit deadlines follow the post date automatically. Shoots, meetings and posting dates land in one calendar. TASKS AND WORK LOG Assign tasks to one or more people, tick them off, and keep an honest log of the work done for every client. NOTIFICATIONS Get notified when you're assigned, when a client comments, and when a new version is ready to review. Ark Agency is for teams with an Ark Agency workspace.
