Thinkdown

About

Thinkdown turns what you say into notes you actually want to read. Tap record and talk the way you think: half sentences, tangents, "wait, no". Thinkdown transcribes your recording and rewrites it into a clean note in the style you choose, then files it with a title, tags and a folder. Your original recording and transcript stay with the note, so you can always check what you really said. SAY IT YOUR WAY • Record on iPhone from the app, the Lock Screen Live Activity or Siri, and on the Mac from a global keyboard shortcut. • Pause and pick up again, or add more to an earlier note later. READ IT CLEAN • Styles turn the same thought into a clear note, a journal entry, a bulleted list, an email or a prompt for an AI assistant. Make your own styles, too. • Restyle any note at any time, with every earlier version kept. • Combine several notes into one summary. IT LEARNS YOUR WORDS • Teach Thinkdown the names, places and terms you use, and how they tend to get misheard. It spells them right from then on. • Add documents as background, so notes about a project get its names and references right. ON ALL YOUR DEVICES • Notes sync between your iPhone and Mac. • Everything is readable and editable offline and catches up when you're back online. • Folders, tags, pins, search and a 30-day trash. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Sign in with Apple or a code sent to your email. No passwords, and with Apple you can hide your email. • No ads, no tracking, and your notes are never used to train AI models. • Thinkdown asks before anything is sent to its AI providers, and you can delete your account and all of its data from Settings at any time.
