About
Fenanor is a health logging and reminder tool that helps you keep daily readings, medication schedules, and appointment plans in one place. No account required — your data stays on your device, and you can export it as a file for safekeeping. Log health data Record common metrics such as blood pressure, blood glucose, SpO₂, heart rate, and weight, or add custom metrics. You can backdate the date and time, attach a note to each entry, and see status labels based on the reference ranges you set — making history easy to browse. Build daily plans Create plans for medication, measurement, appointments, movement, and meals. Customize icons and colors; choose daily, specific weekdays, specific days of the month, or a one-time schedule; and set one or more reminder times. Missed items can be snoozed by 15, 30, or 60 minutes without changing the original schedule. On-time reminders Saved plans create system-level timed alerts. Tapping a notification opens today’s list and jumps to the matching item. Use a master switch, category switches, and per-plan switches, with optional alert sounds. See how things change View metric curves by week, month, or year, with your reference ranges overlaid. Stats include entry count, average, high/low values, and the share of readings in range. Export a stats image to Photos for clinic visits. Goals and consistency Use built-in health check-in challenges or create your own. Progress is judged automatically from your real records — no manual check-ins. Choose consecutive-day or cumulative-day modes, and generate a keepsake card when you finish. Your data stays yours All records, plans, and settings live on your device. Export everything as a single archive anytime to keep a copy or move to a new device; restore asks for confirmation twice. The app has no ads and no in-app purchases. This app provides logging and reminders only. Values and status labels are for reference and are not medical advice. If you feel unwell or need to change your care plan, please consult a qualified clinician.
