About
ShotBook is the shot log for video crews — script, schedule, music and take log in one place, handed off cleanly to post. IMPORT SCRIPTS FROM SPREADSHEETS • Paste a range from Google Sheets or Excel, a share link, or a multi-tab .xlsx. • Columns detected automatically: scene, timecode, cast, voice-over, on-screen text, props, location. • Hourly shooting schedules become daily call-sheets. SHOOT MUSIC VIDEOS ON THE BEAT • Play the track segment by segment with a pre-roll countdown, current and next lyric on screen. • Plays even with the silent switch on; jump to the next unshot segment in one tap. LOG TAKES FAST ON SET • Add takes, tap the cameras that rolled, file numbers auto-fill, circle the best take. • Quick tags, notes and Apple Pencil handwriting on iPad. • Read timecode off the camera's screen with the iPhone camera to anchor the clock. HAND OFF TO POST • Markers for Premiere Pro (XML), DaVinci Resolve (EDL), SRT, CSV. • A .zip handoff package with the project, shoot report and rough-cut guide. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your device; AI script reading runs on-device.
