Practise reading charts and interpreting numbers in context with Borrow to Learn (B2L). Start with a question, explore data, compare places and inspect the evidence before drawing a conclusion. Every count, amount, ratio and reporting period in the app is an invented teaching example. No figures describe real borrowers, lenders or institutions. Province names are geographic labels for the examples. Start with a question Follow 10 story pages with eight main questions about learning support, account status, contract cohorts, transfers, repayment, local context and evidence quality. Each story pairs an explanation with its limitations. Explore and compare • Switch between charts and tables to inspect example values. • Select a year and region, search for a province and view its history in the education-access view. • Compare two provinces using the same year and measure, with their denominators visible. • Distinguish counts, shares, flows and observations over time. Inspect evidence before interpreting Open a teaching-data passport to see units, periods, grain, denominators, generation method and limitations. Learn why unknown or withheld values differ from zero, and why numbers with different bases cannot automatically be combined. The examples do not rank real provincial performance or determine personal eligibility. Save and share Save stories to revisit, share a story with its limitations, or export tables as CSV through sharing options supported by your device.
