What’s next?

About

Not another to-do list. What’s next? gives you one thing to concentrate on. Tackle it, tick it off, and the focus moves to the next. I made this for myself. I have so many ideas that I need to write them down the moment they arrive, before they’re gone, and I need to know they’ll get done. But every list I tried turned into a wall of items competing for my attention. What’s next? keeps the list, and keeps it out of the way. One thought sits at the top. Everything else waits underneath until that one is done. It is a calm place for a busy, cluttered mind. CAPTURE IT BEFORE IT’S GONE Tap, type, save. That’s the whole job. Lists, dates and priority are a tap away when you want them, and never required. ONE THING AT A TIME The top card is the thing to do now. Swipe left when it’s done and the next one steps up. Swipe right to let it wait until later. Hold and drag to choose a different one. LET THE REST WAIT Snoozed thoughts come back when you choose. Optional reminders arrive as notifications on your iPhone. ORGANISE WHEN YOU WANT TO Lists with an emoji and a soft colour. Optional projects to group them. Sort by name, by what you touched last, or by hand. Completed thoughts stay in their list; deleted ones can be recovered. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your thoughts, photos and backups stay on your iPhone. No account. No analytics. No tracking. No subscription. Back up and restore in Settings, or save a copy to Files. OPTIONAL SMART FILING On supported iPhones with Apple Intelligence available, What’s next? can suggest which of your lists a new thought belongs in. It runs entirely on your device, and your own choices always win. Free. Requires iOS 26 or later.
