Gratitude First: App Blocker

About

What if every urge to scroll became a moment to appreciate something good? Gratitude First helps you reduce screen time, stay focused, and build a daily gratitude habit, without relying on willpower alone. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the distracting apps you want to block, using Apple's Screen Time. 2. When you open a blocked app, Gratitude First asks you to pause and reflect. 3. Write one thing you're grateful for to unlock your apps for a timed session. 4. When the session ends, your apps are blocked again. MORE THAN AN APP BLOCKER • Mindful screen time: replace automatic scrolling with intentional choices. • Gratitude journal: save and revisit the moments that matter. • Daily gratitude prompts: something to notice when you don't know what to write. • Streak tracking: celebrate consistency and build a positive habit. • Your own rules: choose which apps to guard, how many sessions you get, and how long each lasts. • Gratitude challenges: build the habit through guided multi-day journeys. A SMALL PAUSE. A BIG DIFFERENCE. Gratitude First combines an app blocker, screen time management, and gratitude journaling in one simple experience. No complicated productivity systems. Just one intentional moment before the scroll. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads. Your journal stays on your device, and the apps you choose stay private, even from us. FREE AND PREMIUM Free includes two guarded apps, your journal, your streak and one active challenge. Premium guards every app and adds custom session rules, photos and voice notes, every guided challenge, weekly insights and journal export. Premium is $4.99/month or $29.99/year with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Less scrolling. More gratitude.
