Routehold

About

Routehold is navigation for motorcyclists who plan their own routes. You spend an evening choosing the roads. Routehold makes sure you ride exactly those roads. Import a GPX, KML or KMZ route exported from your route planner, or paste a Google Maps directions link. Routehold follows the line you drew, with turn-by-turn guidance, spoken instructions and a map that shows what you have ridden and what is still ahead. If you leave the route, Routehold guides you back to it. It never quietly replaces the rest of your route with a faster one. When a road is closed, you choose whether to route around it. Features: • Turn-by-turn guidance along your own route, on your phone and in CarPlay • Spoken instructions through your helmet headset • Guidance back to your route when you leave it, and a clear choice when a road is closed • Fuel search that prefers stations along your route • Offline maps for your route, downloaded before you set off • Ride groups: share your position with friends on the same ride through an invite link • Record a ride and export it as GPX Rerouting, fuel search and ride groups need a data connection. Guidance along a route downloaded for offline use carries on without one. Routehold needs no account. It carries no advertising and no analytics.
