FinRecorder

About

Keep a clear record of your money and the moments behind it. FinRecorder makes everyday bookkeeping easier, with a soft mint palette and a calm, paper-inspired design. From your morning coffee to monthly bills, keep track of spending, check account balances, and understand your habits over time. QUICKER EVERYDAY ENTRIES Create Home templates for regular expenses such as breakfast or commuting. New entries remember your recent account, notebook, and category. Add or subtract directly on the amount keyboard, save a draft, or record several entries in a row. TYPE IT OR SAY IT Enter a sentence such as “Yesterday lunch 28 CNY” to create an entry draft. Review and edit the amount, date, account, and category before you save. Voice input uses system speech recognition to turn your words into editable text. KEEP ACCOUNTS AND SHARED COSTS ORGANIZED Manage multiple accounts and notebooks. Record income, expenses, transfers, and refunds, with support for multiple currencies, split expenses, reimbursements, money lent or borrowed, and installments. Enter your actual account balance to see how it differs from your recorded balance. PLAN AND REVIEW Set overall and category budgets, organize recurring bills, and track savings goals. Explore monthly, yearly, or custom-date summaries. Turn on an optional daily reminder to help catch missed entries; days with recorded transactions are skipped. KEEP RECEIPTS WITH YOUR RECORDS Add photos, merchants, notes, and tags. Use receipt recognition to assist with entry, import CSV files, review possible duplicates, and undo imports. Export CSV or PDF reports and create encrypted full backups. MAKE IT YOUR OWN Choose light, dark, or system appearance. Use app lock and hidden amounts for privacy, and access quick capture through widgets, Shortcuts, and Apple Watch.
