EZ to Inspect

About

Finish the walkthrough, hand your client a professional report, and get to the next job the same day. EZ to Inspect is built for independent home inspectors in the US and Canada who work solo and do not want to spend the evening typing. Walk the home area by area, rate items as you go, and generate a branded PDF before you leave the driveway. CHECKLISTS FOR THE WORK YOU DO Start with full home, pre-listing, new construction, 4-Point or wind mitigation checklists. Add radon, mold, sewer scope, septic, well, pool and spa, or wood-burning appliance sections when the job calls for it. ONE-TAP RATINGS Mark every item Satisfactory, Monitor, Repair, Safety, Further Evaluation, Not Inspected or N/A with a single tap. Add location and budget flags so buyers and agents know exactly where to look and what to plan for. PHOTOS THAT TELL THE STORY Shoot photos right inside the inspection and mark them up with circles, arrows and text labels. Turn on date and time stamps when you want a clear record. NARRATIVES WITHOUT THE TYPING Insert any of 169 editable, plain-English narratives, use voice dictation, or pull from your own saved comments. Your findings read clearly, and you write them once. A REPORT YOU ARE PROUD TO SEND Your branded PDF includes a defect summary, contents page, ratings key, standards of practice statement and your signature. It looks professional and reads easily for clients and agents alike. RUN THE BUSINESS FROM YOUR PHONE Have your client sign the inspection agreement right on your iPhone. Send invoices with tax and your own payment link, and give agents a repair-request worksheet built from your findings. KEEP CLIENTS COMING BACK Start re-inspections from prior findings, get appointment and license renewal reminders, send review requests, and track which agents refer you work. WORKS ANYWHERE, STAYS PRIVATE EZ to Inspect runs fully offline, so crawlspaces, attics and rural properties with no signal are no problem. Your inspection data stays on your device. TRY IT ON YOUR NEXT JOB Your first 3 inspections are free. After that, upgrade to Pro with a monthly or yearly subscription, both with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Download EZ to Inspect and deliver your next report the same day. Copyright 2026 Doug LeMaire.
