Ebi is lunch. He'd rather not be. Skip Lunch is a sliding-block puzzle set inside a lunchbox. Ebi, a shy tempura shrimp, is trying to slip out the gap on the right. Everyone else is in the way. Slide the sushi along their lanes until his path is clear, then watch him go. Every box he escapes takes him one stop closer to the sea, which he has never seen. He's not entirely sure he's still a shrimp. THE CAST • Ebi: shy. Blushes when you tap him. • Sake-san: salmon nigiri. Refuses to apologise, and refuses to celebrate your win. • Tama: tamago. Wobbles. Means well. • Gohan: rice under a nori blanket. Always asleep. • The Triplets: three maki who move as one and stare as one. • Tako-san: an octopus-cut sausage and a party animal. • The Peas: three siblings, zero personal space. Bump into one and you'll hear about it. THE ROUTE • 100 boxes across five stops: Lacquer Box, Sushi Counter, Night Market, Hanami Picnic and Harbor at Dawn. • Difficulty climbs from Mild to Medium, Spicy and Wasabi. • Every box has been checked by a solver, and its par is the true fewest moves. • Play the boxes in a stop in any order. Clear all 20 to stamp it in Ebi's stamp book and open the next. • Match par for a second star. MADE TO BE PLEASANT • No ads. No timers. No energy.
