Folio: Cotizaciones y Recibos

About

Folio makes your quotes, sales notes and payment receipts as PDF files, ready to send by WhatsApp or email. Made for people who work for themselves: metalworkers, carpenters, mechanics, installers, designers and anyone who sells to order. A QUOTE IN A MINUTE Type the customer, add the lines and the app does the sums. The quantity takes decimals, so you can sell by the metre, the kilo or the hour. TAX, DISCOUNT AND ADVANCE Tax is optional and you set the percent. Add a discount or the advance you already received and the document shows the balance due. A REAL PDF Letter size, with your business name, your logo, the color you choose and your signature. A long list continues on another page. The file itself is sent, not a link. FROM QUOTE TO SALES NOTE When the customer accepts, turn the quote into a sales note in one tap. Each kind of document has its own numbering and numbers are never repeated. PAYMENT RECEIPTS Who paid, how much, for what and how. A record of an advance or a payment. YOUR DATA IS YOURS No account, no sign-up and no ads. Everything is stored on your phone. Save a backup whenever you like and restore it on another phone. Backup is free. FREE TO START The free version makes 3 complete documents every month, with logo, signature and no watermark. The full version adds: • Unlimited documents • Your list of products and services, to fill a line in one tap You can buy it with a single payment, or with a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple account settings. Folio does not issue Mexican tax invoices (CFDI). Its documents say so at the foot. In Spanish and English.
