Ministrai - Worship Teams

About

Ministrai organises your church worship team: who plays at each service, which songs and in which key, and the notices everyone needs to see. SCHEDULES WITHOUT THE MIX-UPS • Create services and rehearsals and schedule each person with their role (vocals, keys, drums, sound...). • Each person confirms or says they can’t make it, with a reason. • Whoever is scheduled gets a notification and a reminder the day before. • Everyone marks the days they are unavailable, and the leader sees it when building the schedule. REPERTOIRE WITH CHORD CHARTS • Keep your songs with the chord chart, key and BPM, and links to listen and see the lyrics. • Change key with one tap: the whole chart is transposed. • Each event has its own song list, already in the key chosen for that day. • Search for a song by title and see what is trending in Christian music. THE WHOLE TEAM IN THE LOOP • Post notices on the board, with links to documents and folders. Everyone is notified. • Invite members with a link or a code. • See the team’s birthdays. REHEARSALS THAT PAY OFF • A ready-made guide with the steps of a good rehearsal. • Build your team’s own plan and tick the steps off during the rehearsal. FOR THE LEADER • Give trusted members permission to look after the songs, the schedules or the roles. • Follow the team’s participation and the most played songs. • Works offline for checking the schedule and the chord charts already loaded. PLANS The free plan covers teams of up to 10 members, with 4 events a month and 30 songs. Paid plans extend that to up to 20, up to 50 or unlimited members, with unlimited events and songs. Only the leader subscribes: one subscription covers every team they lead, and members never pay anything. Available in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store.
