Stonewall Fitness

About

Stonewall Fitness is a supportive workout tracker with friends who cheer you on. Show up stronger. Pick a workout, press Start, and the coach takes over the screen: a count-in, then every move, hold and rest called out and timed, with an animated figure showing the move. Prop your phone up and go. Pause, skip or quit any time. WORKOUTS - 58 workouts across strength, cardio, HIIT, yoga, mobility and flexibility - More than 100 moves, every one animated - Build your own workouts and add your own moves - Rest timer, supersets, reps in reserve, warm-up sets and a plate calculator STAY WITH IT - Put workouts on a calendar and get a reminder - 7, 14 and 30 day challenges - Streaks, trophies, personal bests and a weekly recap FRIENDS, ON YOUR TERMS - Add friends by username only - Cheer them on, nudge them, or get a note when they finish a workout - Nothing about you is public: no feed, no photos, no map APPLE HEALTH With your permission, finished workouts are saved to Apple Health, and your steps and resting heart rate appear on Home; those are read on your device and not sent anywhere. After a workout, the app reads what was measured during it, from your watch, AirPods or Powerbeats, or a chest strap, and saves that workout's figures (average and peak heart rate, a short heart rate curve, recovery, effort, blood oxygen and similar) to your own account, encrypted, so you can see them on every device. Raw readings stay on your device. APPLE WATCH Start a workout on your iPhone and the watch joins in: the coach on your wrist, live heart rate, and reps counted from the motion of your wrist. APPLE TV Follow along on the big screen: the move, the clock and what is next. Sign in the TV with a code from your phone. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, a passkey or an emailed link. There is no password to remember. No advertising and no tracking.
