Lanchi - Altimeter

About

Lanchi brings altitude and magnetic direction together in a clear, simple dashboard. • Read available altitude from Apple Location Services, with accuracy information. • Check magnetic direction and heading independently of altitude. • Choose metres or feet in Settings. • Understand missing, stale or permission-limited readings with clear status messages. • Enjoy a gently scrolling mountain background that respects Reduce Motion. • Get started without an account. Location readings stay on your device, and optional usage analytics is off by default. Altitude and compass availability depend on device sensors, location permission and the surrounding environment. Wi-Fi-only iPads have no built-in GPS and may be unable to provide altitude; the compass can work independently. Lanchi is not intended for aviation, professional surveying or safety-critical navigation.
