Prua: Italian Boat Licence

About

Prua prepares you for the Italian boat-licence theory exam (patente nautica, within 12 miles or unlimited, motor or sail, and D1). The app and its questions are in Italian. Every ministerial question; a course across the sea with a short lesson before each topic's quizzes; the exam simulated as it is sat; the official chart-work problems checked against the examiners' tolerances, and a practice chart of our own with plotting tools; lights at night, sound signals and IALA buoyage. Free: every official question, the simulation, the official chart problems, the first topic's lessons and explanations. Prua Pro, a one-time in-app purchase: every lesson and explanation, smart review, the practice chart and the full lights and buoyage trainers. Our lessons and explanations are written and checked with AI against the legal texts. No ads, no account, progress stays on your iPhone. Independent app, not affiliated with the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
