Organizations build learning paths for every role, employees learn right on their phones, and an AI tutor helps each person review exactly where they are still weak. This app is for employees of organizations that use Kaitri — accounts are issued by your organization; there is no public sign-up. AI REVIEW TUTOR • After each chapter, the AI tutor gathers the questions you answered incorrectly and builds a review session just for you. • Chat with the AI tutor to ask follow-up questions and get each point explained until it is clear. • Focus on the gaps instead of starting over — save time and remember more. LEARNING PATHS FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION • Courses, chapters and lessons built around your actual job. • Lessons with text, video and documents — learn anytime on your phone. • Download lessons to study offline (where allowed). • Take a quiz after each lesson to lock in what you learned. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS • See completed lessons, scores and your daily learning streak. • Earn points when you reach your daily learning goal. • Get learning reminders and notifications when new lessons are assigned. • Answer quick pulse surveys — responses are aggregated anonymously by store. FOR ORGANIZATIONS On the Kaitri admin portal, training teams and managers can: • Build learning paths and assign them by store, role or individual employee. • Use AI to help create exercises and questions from lesson content. • Track progress, completion rates and engagement for every store through reports and dashboards. • Connect training results with business metrics to see what each employee should learn next. AI features are switched on or off by your organization. The AI tutor never receives your name or employee code.
