Shereko: Event Planner

About

Shereko helps you host weddings and celebrations without the stress. Keep your guest list, welcome guests at the door with a QR scan and follow every contribution, all from one app. CHECK IN GUESTS IN SECONDS Open the scanner at the entrance and scan each guest's QR code. Shereko instantly shows their name, ticket type and table, and warns you if a code has already been used. You always know how many guests have arrived. YOUR GUEST LIST, ORGANISED Add guests one by one or straight from your phone contacts. Record ticket types and custom details such as table numbers, search the list, and filter by who has confirmed, who declined and who has arrived. TRACK EVERY CONTRIBUTION See the total received, what is still pending and who has contributed. Each payment shows the contributor, amount, payment method and status, so the committee always has the same numbers. GIFTS AND GUEST PHOTOS Turn on a gift registry for your event, and switch on Moments so guests can share their photos from the day in one gallery. EVERY KIND OF CELEBRATION Weddings, nikkah, send-offs, kitchen parties, birthdays, graduations, corporate events and more. Create an event in a minute with its date, time, venue and hosts. SIMPLE WALLET Top up your Shereko wallet with mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas or Halopesa) to activate paid features such as check-in for an event. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Use Shereko in English or Swahili and switch at any time in Settings. Sign in with your phone number. Your account and data can be deleted at any time from Settings.
