Ortie brings everyday team coordination together, so you spend less time searching through scattered messages and handover folders. See tasks, take ownership and follow progress. Take over a task or complete it. Keep questions about a task connected to the task and the colleague involved. Use handover checklists suited to your location, working days and shifts. A supervisor sets up the checkpoints. Add a general handover for information the next shift needs. Organise updates and working agreements in recognisable categories. Discuss questions in team chat or a group with selected colleagues. Keep your personal to-do list private. Ortie was created around the daily needs of teams working across shifts, and can support other teams too. Access is provided through your organisation. Ortie is not a client record or clinical reporting system. Do not enter client details or medical information, including in chat or your private to-do list.
