Create an account directly in the app: registration is open and free, with no invitation or company affiliation required. After signing in, browse the service catalog and journal, manage your services and invoices, and contact support. App features are free; you pay only for the General iT services you order. Services and infrastructure Check service status and renewal dates. View virtual server and web hosting details, manage available settings and work with DNS records. Payments View your account balance, transaction history, invoices and receipts. Add funds through the payment provider's page. Support and notifications Create support requests, read replies and attach files or photos. Open related conversations from notifications and mark messages as read. Catalog The app includes VPS, web hosting, domains, SSL certificates, DNS hosting and server care. Available plans, operations and payment methods depend on the service and your account. Journal Read General iT articles about technology and running projects. Choose Russian or English and a light or dark appearance. Set up a PIN and device biometrics to protect access to a saved session. A General iT account and an internet connection are required for the customer account workspace.
