JianYundong - Running Load

About

JianYundong is a running log built around one number: training load. Core features: - Zero ads. No splash, banner, or pop-up ads — open it and start running. - Training load analysis: TRIMP is derived from heart rate and duration, then split into three curves — CTL (fitness), ATL (fatigue) and TSB (form) — so you can tell when to push and when to rest. - Export everything: GPX, TCX and CSV, unlimited, on any device. Export is free forever. - Apple Health sync: read past workouts, and write new ones back. - Apple Watch: record independently on the watch, sync automatically when you are back near your phone. Subscriptions: - Basic recording, history, all three metronome styles and full export are free forever. - JianYundong Pro is an auto-renewable subscription with three terms. All three grant identical benefits; only the term and unit price differ: - JianYundong Pro -Month: 1 month, ¥28 (¥28.0 per month) - JianYundong Pro -Quarter: 3 months, ¥68 (about ¥22.7 per month) - JianYundong Pro -Year: 12 months, ¥168 (about ¥14.0 per month) Prices are quoted in CNY. The amount actually charged, and the currency, follow the App Store storefront of your Apple ID. - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of each period; you can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in iOS Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions. After cancelling, your benefits continue until the end of the current paid period, and your recorded workouts are not deleted. - The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it renews at ¥168 per year. - Price, term, renewal date and the cancellation path are shown together on one screen in the app, under Settings -> Membership & Subscription. Privacy: - Health and location data are used only to compute training load. They are stored on your device by default and never uploaded. - No device identifiers are collected and no cross-app tracking is performed.
